Franovik Designs honors student participants at its official launch of its beautiful and versatile “Little Black Dress”

Good for every occasion, the essential “little black dress” created by Franovik Designs is not only any woman’s best friend, but also a true example of the “green fashion” concept the designers Integrate in all of their creations.

Miami, Florida, July 16, 2009. Franovik Designs, a “green” fashion design firm, honored the students of Hi-Tech/Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology for their dedication and expertise at the official launch on June 19th at the Grass Lounge in the Miami Design District, with the introduction of its “little black dress.”

The students that assisted the lovely models with hair and make up were Yazmin Felitas, Noelle Pursell, Jennifer MacMillan, Deborah Lau and Jeffrey Lau with the direction and supervision of Mr. Joseph Castaneda, Schools Director.

We had many celebrities from the media, the fashion industry and the business sector in attendance, the beautiful models, included Jana Murrell (Miss Earth United States), Esther Dollar (Miss Latina Internacional) and Milena Muñoz, Nicole Bethel, Melissa González and Charlotte Marvez, showcased the dress during the event while mingling with the audience and talking to everyone present.

Because of its simplicity and versatility, Franovik Designs’ version of the little black dress, especially created by Venezuelan designer Francisco Pérez and Puerto Rican designer Víctor Vega in response to the demand of the busy women of Miami, is the most practical dress a woman can have. “This dress is like the perfect all-in-one,” comments Victor Vega, “because they can wear it on top of a bathing suit or shorts, and even with jeans.”

Indeed, it is a dress for every occasion, from elegant to more casual, that can be worn alone or combined with other clothes and accessories. With a different make-up and hair style, it easily goes from beach wear to cocktail dress. “This is the type of dress that makes any woman’s life easier,” notes Francisco Pérez, Lead Designer of Franovik Designs, “and it is also very comfortable, because we make it in cotton.“

Designed to fit any figure, the dress is custom-made in Miami in sizes 0 to 10 for a price of US$150, and is also available in larger sizes at an additional cost.

“We are very happy that this launch has pleased all the women who have talked to us about their need to have a dress just like this little black dress that easily adapts to a very dynamic lifestyle, allowing them to look their best all the time without any major effort. The dress has been so well received that we are already making it available in other colors,” Vega said.
