Customer Rights

At Ecochamber.com, we proudly stand behind the services that we sell. However, if you are not satisfied with any services you receive for any reason, we will gladly refund you the original purchase price -- no questions asked -- for 30 days. Simply return the invoice for a full refund.

Credit Card Purchases

If the services were originally purchased with a credit card, a refund will be issued to the same credit card within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

Check Purchases

If the services were originally purchased with a bank draft or check, there will be a minimum of a 30-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless affiliate/customer provides a copy of the bank draft or check from his or her financial institution.
